I'm Carola, founder of Inclusive Way, and for the past few years I've built my professional career around a deep conviction: Universal Accessibility is a powerful tool for designing a fairer, more inclusive, and more diverse society.

I've conducted over a hundred accessibility assessments in hotels and tourist establishments, analyzing their resources, services, and experiences from a holistic perspective. As a facilitator of accessible tourism services, I accompany travelers with disabilities so they can enjoy journeys and stays that combine safety, attention to detail, and truly human touch. I also design and deliver awareness-raising activities for hotel teams and collaborate on the creation of Accessibility Best Practice Guides for the tourism sector.

My work also stems from who I am outside of my professional life: I love walks by the sea, getting lost in a good book, and collecting flowers and plants to later transform into small gifts. I deeply believe in the details, in the beauty of everyday life, and in the gestures that, together, give life—and projects—meaning.To ensure that every Inclusive Way project receives comprehensive, multidisciplinary support, I have assembled a team of specialists from various sectors. Together, we work in a complementary way, always seeking the most appropriate, honest solution that aligns with each company's values.
